Vancouver Christmas Market

The Vancouver Christmas Market returns to Canada Place this year. Set up in Jack Poole Plaza, this festive holiday market features a wide range of local vendors selling everything from artisanal candles and homemade jewellery to CBD-infused skincare and handcrafted chocolate. There are also live carollers, tons of delicious food and drink, rides for young ones, and even visits from Santa! Canyon Lights at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park

If there’s one holiday event you attend in Vancouver, let it be the Canyon Lights at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. In North Vancouver is where you’ll find Canyon Lights, a truly magical Christmas experience (it’s no wonder it receives hundreds of thousands of visitors each year). For 2021, the world-famous Capilano Suspension Bridge will be lit from end to end, and will even feature a colour-changing display (great for photo opps). Visitors are also invited to stroll among the canopy treetops surrounded by a sea of glittering Christmas lights, make their way through a neon light tunnel on the Cliffwalk, and indulge in a warm beverage from the cafe. 

VanDusen Festival of Lights 2021

The VanDusen Botanical Garden comes alive during the holidays thanks to their annual VanDusen Festival of Lights. This impressive festival sees the garden illuminated by over one million lights, turning it into a festive winter wonderland. Holiday-themed treats and music are also available on-site.
